If something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — a replacement or refund, your choice. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unopened and unused and returned within 3 days; for hygiene reasons we're unable to accept opened skincare products unless they're faulty.
