  • At Curobuddy, we avoid harmful ingredients such as parabens, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic dyes, and artificial fragrances. We prioritize clean, plant-based ingredients that are both safe and effective.

  • No — and we'd never claim to be. Curobuddy is supportive skincare that helps soothe and care for your pet's skin and coat. If your pet has a persistent, worsening, or severe condition, please see your vet. Curobuddy works beautifully alongside professional care, not instead of it.

  • We want you and your pet to love what you get. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — a replacement or refund, your choice. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unopened and unused and returned within 3 days; for hygiene reasons we're unable to accept opened skincare products unless they're faulty.   • For sprays, simply spritz onto the affected area and gently work it into the skin — no rinsing needed. For everyday care, once daily is a good rhythm; during a flare-up you can use it more frequently as needed. Always avoid the eyes and inside the ears.
